Payment

We accept the payment by Credit Card, International Postal Money Order(IPMO) , Bank wire transfer, Cash.All payment should be in US dollars.(We can only accept Japanese Yen by cash.)
We can't accept the personal check and the bank money orders like western union money order.

1.Credit Card

We accept the payment by Credit Card. 2Checkout.com, Inc. is an authorized retailer of goods and services provided by A Black Ship.
 We use SSL encryption to protect your credit card information.

2. International Postal Money Order(IPMO)

International Postal Money Order can be purchased at a post office.Please purchase pink one and don't get the green type regular money order because those can't be cashed in Japan.

Make sure and keep your receipt. It is important that you keep the receipt.

Some countries (see bellow) don't support IPMO.Please confirm your nearest post office before placing your order.

Please send IPMO to the the address mentioned in the email we will send to you for confirming your order.

3. Bank Wire Transfer

Please send your payment the total amount PLUS $15.00 (for bank commission) to our US bank account mentioned in the email we will send to you for confiming your order.

4. Cash

Please send your payment to the mailing address mentioned in the email we will send to you for confirming your order.We can only accept US dollars or Japanese Yen.

Shipping

All orders are shipped EMS which is the Japanese Global Express Mail service or Fedex.  Items are insured  and are fully trackable.

[Important] Our system can calculate the shipping cost to Asia, North America, Europe. Please send email to us if your shipping address is in South America Continent and Africa.

Orders are normally packed and shipped out within 3days after we receive your order. We will let you know the shipping number and tracking website. You should receive your package within 5-7 days.  Please contact us if you don't receive your order within 15 days of your receipt of an e-mail from us notifying you of shipment of your order.

Shipping rate

The shipping rate is automatically calculated by weight of the item and the packing material (add 300g automatically). We may request an additional shipping cost when you order multiple items and the items should be in a larger box.

All taxes and applicable duty charges, if assessed, are paid by the recipient.

[Important] We ship everything via EMS (Global Express Mail) or Fedex unless told otherwise.  We do this because it is the fastest and most reliable way to ship from Japan.  However, if you prefer a cheaper method with no incurance (ex:Airmail Parcel Post, SAL, Surface Mail) and don't mind waiting longer for your package to arrive, we can ship using alternative methods at customer's risk.
